Our service enables customers to search for car rental/hire options, compare vehicle type,
price points, make an informed choice and proceed to make an online reservation.

Can I cancel my booking?
|
Yes, you can cancel a booking.Bookings can be cancelled online 4 hours prior to
the scheduled pick up time. If the cancellation is within 4 hours of the scheduled
pick up time, we request you to call the customer support center for the same. Please
note that cancellation charges apply as per our cancellation policy.

Do I have to pay the entire amount at the time of booking?
|
|
No. You need to make an advance of 20% of the total amount at the time of booking.
Upon making a reservation, you will receive a base cost estimate for your car hiring.
This is not to be construed as the total cost for the trip. The total cost of the
trip will depend on your actual usage of the vehicle, from operator's garage to garage.
For some local visits, you may be required to pay the entire amount upfront. |
